6 Inch Hot Oil Line

This 6” hot oil transfer line has suffered from external corrosion resulting in several through wall leaking defects in a localised area.

The 6” valve was suffering from severe internal salt water erosion.

The 4” Natural Gas vent line has suffered from external corrosion

A composite repair was required to bring the line back to full operating conditions

Severe external corrosion scabs with wall loss was noted throughout the line.

The 8” seawater tee has suffered from internal erosion resulting to a circumferential weld crack.

The 10” Fire Water main was found to be suffering from external corrosion on the outside of the elbow.

The 1” branch coming off the 8” fire main was found to be suffering from severe external corrosion.

The 6” Fuel Oil Line has suffered from severe CUI close to and on the Tee section.
