The 8” steam header had suffered from internal erosion causing a through wall defect.

The water tank had suffered from possible internal acid corrosion.

The 14” Fire Water Ring main has resulted in severe wall loss causing a large through wall defect with a leak rate at 10bar operating.

The vessel/column has historically suffered from breakdown of the internal lining.

The 30” Crude oil line had suﬀered from (CUI) external corrosion.

Area to be fitted with support clamp required strengthening.

The 1” line had suffered from a crack on the weld of an elbow.

The 48” Cooling Water line had suffered from external and internal corrosion.

Initially the 24” Caisson had suffered a through wall leaking defect at the top location just under the bottom deck
